Habitat: THe Humboldt Squid lives in the deep, dark depths of 660 to 2,300 feet in the Eastern Pacific. Their name comes from the Humboldt current where they live off the coast of South America. However...Recently the Humboldt-ites have been spotted further North around Alaska.
